Why on earth do we need a wedding coordinator, Magda What on earth will they do that we can't do ourselves If you listen carefully, you can still hear the sound of me eating the above words I said to my wife-to-be prior to starting to plan the wedding. Who knew just how much time, planning, liaising with others and general purchasing of b necessary (yes, necessary Sean!) went into the smooth running of just one day Well, obviously Magda did and Carly did too. I too am now part of this club of secret knowledge! Now that I've eaten my hat as well as my words, I can bring Magda in and we can both write this. What would we have done without Carly She remembered all of those things web forgotten. She assured us that everything would go smoothly when we were panicking. She made sure that all the others involved (the venue, the photographer, the d'cor company, the cake maker, the DJ, the saxophonist, the list goes on) knew exactly what they were doing, when they were meant to do it and were in the right place at the right time. Her regular zoom calls and 247 availability via WhatsApp and on the phone meant that even the most minute changes to the plans were slotted into place seamlessly. On the day itself it was like having a guardian angel by our side. It seemed that all either of us needed to do was think of something and there was Carly miraculously at our side taking care of it. Carly made what was always going to be a wonderful if worrisome day into a perfect carefree day that flowed seamlessly and was enjoyed as much by our guests as by ourselves. Thank you, Carly for making our special day that little bit extra special.
